If I could put 10 stars, I would. Rossella was awesome! This was so much fun and so delicious. We made Spaghetti Alla Carbonara, Patate Sabbiose, and Lemon Crinkle Cookies. I appreciated that she stuck with ingredients we could find at home already! If you're looking for something fun to do with friends, I highly recommend trying one of Rossella's classes! :) She knows what she's doing!

Great class. Rosella Is a wonderful teacher. Enjoyed how she explained the entire process and giving tips on how to change and adapt to make a variety of dishes.
