On the inside is elastic to hold six chem lights around the sides that you can break in place for light. In addition it has six (6) spots for H or Emergency bandages, as well as six (6) spots for compressed gauze, Quik Clot Combat Gauze, Tk 4 Tourniquets or similarly sized items. One side also has six (6) elastic slots for catheters, airways, pens or other small
