70's Date Night Dress blue A simple empire waist dressLook darling for date night in this 70's pleated A line flounce top midi dress. Rich wine color. Fitted bodice with flounce overlay. Zipper and hook and eye back closure. While not noticeable until up close inspection, his dress has a few areas of dark spots we have been unable to remove.
