Antique Papier Mache Odd Fellows David and Goliath Parade Mask #1 Illinois) in the 1940s andHere is a charming antique parade mask that I believe to be from the Odd Fellows fraternal organization, likely a representation of Goliath from the Biblical story of David and Goliath. The mask is made of papier mache and and a coarse hair like material attached with interwoven string. A red fabric ribbon hangs from the ears of the mask, likely to represent the beheading of Goliath. The mask is in fair condition with varying degrees of damage
