Purchased from Germany years ago it is certainly in the style of if not by Max Laeuger. The matte glazes of the background mix well with an Arts and Crafts aesthetic. It is made from a red clay and measures 14 1 2" tall, 10" wide and 1 1 2" thick. There is an applied hanger in the back. Unsigned. Excellent original condition. Perfect for an installation or
