This is the best quality dry oilskin, and made in the UK. A beautiful dark indigo (nearly black), and made with organic cotton. The finish is drier and crisper than regular oilskins, and has a matte appearance. Unlike regular oilskin, there will be no oil transfer, so you don't need to line your garment or bag.
