Bow & Arrow, Rhinestones, 2022 Jamie's Pick It's made for Turkish MezzeElegant & light on it's feet but with complexity and herbal, earthy notes. More sophisticated than the branding suggests! A new world version of the reds from France's Cheverney region, blending Pinot Noir & Gamay. They follow the rules of the Loire region, and give a new expression. They let each vintage dictate winemaking, using a combination of concrete and old barriques to age in and varying the ratio of Pinot Noir and Gamay.
