The rather magnificent cat on the front and back of the menu cover also featured on a neon sign on the outside of the restaurant and on the establishment’s advertisements in newspapers

The main dining room was the Grand Salon where lunch and dinner was served by waiters in formal dress. There was a smaller Grill Room and ladies could dine with their friends in a separate area.
