They come and go and never (most likely) come again. Flat Mansh is one of them. The label is styled on abstract elements of the Swiss terroir: mountains, nature, cheeses and provides a versatile identity. A 6 month aged cheese made from autochthonous starters and full of rich dairy, cooked sugar and light onion notes. The paste is toothsome
