A reproduction of a traditional Qianglong period (1711 1799) design. The chrysanthemum flower is a symbol of longevity and long life. Chinese people even drank chrysanthemum wine on the ninth day of each lunar month for its life giving properties. Porcelain is steeped in centuries of Chinese culture and history.
