Its own chief blender Thibaut Hontanx looked to Japanese Mizunara oak to age a blend of Grand Champagne, Petite Champagne and Borderies eaux de vie. The bottle design depicts a Mizunara tree winding its way around the glass. Just 500 bottles were released. Palate:
