Don Pilar Añejo Tequila whiskey resulting in a brightDon Pilar Aejo Tequila is an artisanal spirit crafted from 100% Blue Weber agave cultivated on five ranches in the Los Altos (Highlands) region of Jalisco, Mexico. The agave is harvested at full maturity, slow cooked, and fermented using the unique "Mozart Method," where classical music is played during fermentation to enhance yeast activity. This tequila is double distilled and aged for 18 months in virgin American white oak barrels, resulting in a
