Holyrood New Make Crystal Malt 60% 50cl Clos Martin DISTILLED JUNE 1997 – SHERRYNMS02 is the second release of our Brewer's series and focuses on the ability of specialty malts to deliver flavour into our new make. Here crystal malt, which is a lightly toasted malt, adds a caramel, toffee sweetness to our new make. Nose: Vibrant sweet and creamy notes of caramel and and ground almond. Palate: Malt and soft honey with nutty undertones, caramel and a subtle citrus note, creamy mouthcoating to the finish.
