Vasse Felix Filius Chardonnay 2023 BF24 fresh acidity and a richA classic Australian Chardonnay from Margaret River on Australia's West Coast, south of Perth. A subtle nose of peach and pear and white flowers and a smoothly textured palette of citrus and stone fruits rounded out with a hint of butter. Has some spice from it's time ageing in small French oak barrels. Beautiful balance between acidity and fruit density. Great with a dish of Black Sole in a buttery sauce.
