The bangle is very slim fitting with an internal diameter of a tiny bit less than 2. 5 inches. It slips on over the hand and has no 'give' to it, whilst also being potentially fragile, so please check wrist measurements carefully. As you can see, my medium sized female hand was a very tight fit, so I have not risked putting it
