Cantina Viticoltori Senesi Aretini Gatto Rosso 2024 1L bio grippy tannins90% Sangiovese, 5% Canaiolo, and 5% Mammolo from Chianti (declassified), Tuscany, Italy; medium to medium plus bodied and dry with notes of cooked redcurrant, ripe strawberry and cherry, dried leaves, bay leaf, leather, and dried tobacco, with medium plus acidity, a soft, glossy texture, and dry chalky tannins. Certified Organic, destemmed and fermented and raised in stainless steel vats.
