Bourbon Casks holding 200L and Oloroso Nose: Orchard fruits, pears and red apple, lots of sweet creamy notes flow across the glass as this dram opens to reveal milk chocolate and whipped fudge, some slow roasted almond, hints of light honey and a touch of marzipan making a subtle sweet play. Palate: Dark fruit cake and vanilla
