Germany, Third Reich. A Customs And Border Service Decoration Buy Now the maker mark double stamped(Zollgrenzschutz Ehrenzeichen). Instituted 17 February 1939. (1939 1944 issue). Constructed of bronze, on loop for suspension from its period original ribbon, consisting of a Cross Patte with pebbled and ribbed arms, the obverse bearing a central raised German nationale eagle set within a circular oak leaf wreath, the reverse bearing a central wreathed inscription of FR TREUE DIENSTE IN ZOLLGRENZSCHUTZ (FOR FAITHFUL SERVICE IN BORDER PROTECTION),
