The style is a vin jaune, however, they are only produced in exceptional years. This was on its way to becoming a vin jaune, but after scrupulous tasting, was bottled with just 4 years of sous voile aging. Rich, savory, yeasty and racy, this is a wonderful version of classic Savagnin.
