Consisting of a Sash Badge and a Breast Star. The breast star constructed of silver, silver gilt, and red enamels, consisting of sixteen hollow silver petals with sixteen smaller gilt petals beneath, with a central gilded medallion with a gilded figure holding a scepter, surrounded by a wide band of red enamels, bearing arabesques, a Star of David, and the inscription Birendra Prajatantra
