The Mada Blanc encompasses the three main Alsacian varieties, in a blend. The Gewurz brings a lot of aromatics with light rose petals, orange blossom and pear dancing around. The palate is a nice balance of all three varieties with a steely, citrus drive, textural weight that then carries over to salivating acidity. This wine pairs well with classic Germanic dishes of pork chops and
