Maestrini Bronze Water Intake Scoop (Wedge / 1-1/2" BSP) 1Gm10 5M projectionMaestrini scoop strainer made from bronze, with a wedge shaped grating. This scoop is designed for raw water intake systems, such as those used for high speed vessels. It fits through the hull with the grating on the outside and the male threaded pipe leading inside, usually to a valve to open and close the intake. The scoop grating can be secured to the hull using a screw although it is recommended to use a marine sealant as well. The scoop is also
