Constructed of bronzed zink, the obverse consisting of a circular laurel leaf wreath, joined together at the bottom by a swastika, bearing a central upward pointing winged arrow on a hollow background, flanked on each side by nine oak leaves, the reverse with a visible rivet securing the obverse applique in place, with a barrel hinge and horizontal banjo style pinback, maker marked G. H. OSANG, DRESDEN,
