The centrepiece insignia in silver gilt with red, green and blue enamels framed within a faceted ring, mounted to a base in silver gilt with petals in alternating red and green enamels, gilt reverse, measuring 70. 8 mm in diameter, vertical pinback, chipping evident in the green enamels on one petal at 12 o'clock, otherwise the enamels
