In silver gilt with red, white and blue enamels, measuring 58 mm (w) x 58 mm (h), crazing evident in the white enamels on the arm at 9 o'clock, otherwise the enamels are intact, scattered gilt wear, on its original full length neck ribbon, near extremely fine.
