We love its large, 18ct pink gold case, which houses the impeccable Omega manual wind, caliber 266 movement. The cream dial has a gorgeous, even patina, expected with a watch of this age, and gives the timepiece character. Applied gilt arrow markers adorn the outer edge of the dial, with a printed, minute track just inside. The watch also has gilt hour and minute
